How are the Official Staffing Allocations for Wards in Da Nang City Regulated?
Based on Article 24 of Decree 34/2021/ND-CP, regulations regarding the staffing of officials in wards within Da Nang city are as follows:
The average number of officials working at the Ward People's Committee is 15 people. This average number is calculated based on the total number of wards in a district.
The Da Nang City People's Committee shall submit to the People's Council of the same level for decision the number of official staff of the Ward People's Committee in each district.
Based on Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article and the task requirements of each ward, the District People's Committee shall decide the specific number of officials for each official position working at the Ward People's Committee.
