The District-level People's Procuracies and Provincial-level People's Procuracies are required to review, finalize the data, and prepare Form No. 04/TKLN-THADS.
b) No later than 2 working days from the date of receiving reports from the District-level Civil Judgment Execution Sub-Departments and the District-level People's Procuracies, the Provincial-level Civil Judgment Execution Departments and the Provincial-level People's Procuracies are responsible for consolidating these reports into their local statistical reports.
