How are Regular Activities of Grassroots Party Committees and Party Cells Regulated?

Based on Section 20 of Regulation 24-QD/TW in 2021, Regulation on the implementation of the Communist Party Charter, as follows:

Regular Meetings of Grassroots Party Committees and Party Cells

20.1. The grassroots Party committees hold regular meetings twice a year on the occasions of assessing the tasks of the first six months and summarizing the tasks at the end of the year, with extraordinary meetings when necessary.

20.2. Contents of Party committee meetings: Reporting the results of the Party committee's activities and the Party committee's work in the past period, identifying key tasks for the upcoming period; disseminating the Communist Party's guidelines and policies, the State laws, current domestic and international news suitable to the Party committee's requirements and characteristics; announcing the inspection results, supervision, and Party discipline of the Party committee concerning Party cells and members; addressing criticisms, and inquiries from members and Party cells.

20.3. For grassroots Party committees with a large number of members, dispersed activities, wide area, armed forces units on ready combat missions, the grassroots executive committee shall organize activities by cluster and assign committee members in charge, ensuring the contents of the Party committee's meetings as outlined above.

20.4. Pilot online meetings for some specific Party committees and Party cells or under special circumstances as guided by the Secretariat.
