How Are Public Employees Restoring Damaged Documents Entitled to Hazardous Allowances?
According to Official Dispatch 2939/BNV-TL in 2005, policies on hazardous allowances for public employees are stipulated as follows:
Level 3, coefficient 0.3 calculated based on the minimum wage for officials and public employees directly engaged in document sterilization, and repair and restoration of damaged documents.
Thus, public employees directly engaged in the repair and restoration of damaged documents will receive a hazardous allowance at level 3, with a coefficient of 0.3 calculated based on the minimum wage.
The calculation and payment of hazardous and dangerous allowances are carried out in accordance with Circular 07/2005/TT-BNV.
