On May 15, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City Environmental Protection Fund issued Announcement 129/TB-QBVMT 2024 here regarding the recruitment of public employees for the Environmental Protection Fund.

Ho Chi Minh City Environmental Protection Fund is recruiting public employees in 2024 for the following 4 positions:

- 01 Chief Accountant

- 01 Administrative Office Specialist

- 01 Administrative Office Clerk

- 01 Banking and Financial Institutions Specialist

Application period: From May 20, 2024, to the end of June 19, 2024 (during office hours). For applications sent by mail, the postmark date will be used.

Application submission location: Applicants can send their applications by mail or submit them directly at the Environmental Protection Fund - 2nd Floor, No. 14/5 Ky Dong Street, Ward 9, District 3, HCM City (Reception Department: Administrative - General Department).

Application fee: 500,000 VND/person.

- Application form (according to Form No. 01 issued with Decree 85/2023/ND-CP) signed by the applicant on each page and with a photo taken within the last 6 months;

- Self-declared resume certified by the current workplace or local authority where the applicant is registered for permanent residence within 6 months from the date of application submission;

A copy of diplomas and certificates matching the job requirements, and certification of priority status (if any). For diplomas issued by foreign institutions, they must be notarized and translated into Vietnamese;

- Health certificate issued by a qualified healthcare institution, valid within 6 months from the date of application submission;

- 04 color photos (3cm x 4 cm, taken within the last 6 months), 02 stamped envelopes with the name, address, and phone number of the applicant.

Note:

+ Applicants can only apply for 1 job position;

+ Applicants must fully declare and be responsible for the accuracy of the information declared in the application form;

+ No application will be returned in any case.

What are the conditions to be employed as a public employee at the Ho Chi Minh City Environmental Protection Fund in 2024?

In Section 5 of Announcement 129/TB-QBVMT 2024 here, the conditions for determining successful candidates and notifying results are stipulated as follows:

V. DETERMINATION OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF RECRUITMENT RESULTS

  1. Determination of successful candidates

Candidates must meet the following conditions to be successful in the public employee recruitment exam:

+ Have a score of 50 points or higher in the second round.

+ Have a second-round score plus priority points (if any) arranged from highest to lowest within the recruitment quota for the job position.

Unsuccessful candidates in the recruitment exam cannot retain their exam results for subsequent recruitment exams.

  1. Announcement of recruitment results

Within 10 days from the decision to approve the recruitment results, the Environmental Protection Fund will send a written notification of the successful result to the applicants at the address provided and will also publicize it on the Fund's website.

Thus, the conditions to be employed as a public employee at the Ho Chi Minh City Environmental Protection Fund in 2024 are:

- Have a score of 50 points or higher in the second round.

- Have a second-round score plus priority points (if any) arranged from highest to lowest within the recruitment quota for the job position.
