The Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, according to its assigned functions and tasks, is responsible for guiding, inspecting, and auditing the recruitment, utilization, and management of officials working at the People's Committee of districts, the People's Committee of cities under Ho Chi Minh City, and the People's Committee of wards.
Thus, regarding the management of officials, the Department of Home Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, according to its assigned functions and tasks, is responsible for implementing the above-mentioned issues.
