General Standards of Professional Ethics for Public Employees in the Civil Aviation Sector

According to Article 3 of Circular 11/2020/TT-BGTVT (Effective from August 1, 2020) stipulating general standards on professional ethics of public employees specialized in aviation port authority. To be specific:

1. Comply with the guidelines, directions, and policies of the Communist Party, and the laws of the State.

2. Be honest, objective, and highly responsible for the work assigned; perform correctly and fully the obligations of public employees in professional activities.

3. Be conscious of cultivating ethics, maintaining professional qualities, honor, and reputation; refrain from abusing the work position and assigned duties for personal gain; promote solidarity, creativity, self-improvement, willingness to accept and learn new knowledge; be conscious of coordinating and assisting colleagues, sharing experiences in work; actively participate in research on scientific topics, innovative technical improvements to develop the profession and enhance the professional level.
