According to the provisions in Subsection 2.1, Section II of Regulation 214-QD/TW of 2020, the general criteria for evaluating the cadres under the management of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat are specified as follows:

- Actively and proactively perform well in building the Communist Party and establishing a clean, strong political system. Effectively direct the implementation of administrative reforms, anti-corruption, and anti-waste measures at localities, agencies, and units.

- Thoroughly understand, concretize, and effectively implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State at localities, agencies, and units.

- Timely and effectively in leadership, direction, inspection, inspection organization, supervision; preliminary, final summaries, draw experiences and organize the implementation of the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State.

- Fully and promptly care for the material and spiritual life of cadres, party members, and employees.

- Establish and effectively coordinate close relationships between the party committee and the collective leadership, fostering solidarity and unity within localities, agencies, and units.

- Develop and effectively implement annual personal action programs for the collective party cell to give feedback and perform checks and supervision.
