Forms of Submitting Commendation Proposal Files for Militia and Self-Defense Forces
Clause 2, Article 22 of Circular 57/2020/TT-BQP (effective from July 1, 2020) provides regulations on the form of submitting award recommendation dossiers for the Militia and Self-Defense Forces as follows:
Form of submission: Via military mail or public postal service.
