Shape, Dimensions, and Content of the Experimental Stamp in the Field of Military and National Defense

Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 6 of Circular 138/2021/TT-BQP, the shape, dimensions, and content of the Experimental Stamp in the field of military and national defense are as follows:

a) Shape

The stamp is an equilateral triangle with curves at the corners and one apex pointing upwards. The face of the stamp is formed by 02 equilateral triangles. The edges of the 02 triangles are parallel to each other, the outer edge being a line 0.3 mm wide, and the inner edge being a line 0.2 mm wide. The distance between the two lines is 0.3 mm. In the middle of the stamp, there is a horizontal line 0.3 mm wide passing through the midpoint of the two side edges of the triangle, dividing the face of the stamp into 02 parts.

b) Dimensions: The edge length of the stamp is 30 mm.

c) Content

The upper half of the stamp face features a 5-pointed star inscribed in a circle with a diameter of 04 mm, placed centrally and with the center at one-third of the triangle's height. The lower half of the stamp face features the management code, consisting of letters and numerals, in a sans-serif uppercase font, uniform stroke width, and Arabic numerals, 04 mm high, with an average line passing through three-quarters of the triangle's height.

The experimental stamp template is specified in Sample No. 03 of Appendix I issued with this Circular.

Shape, Dimensions, and Content of the Lead Seal Stamp in the Field of Military and National Defense

Pursuant to Clause 4 of this Article, the shape, dimensions, and content of the Lead Seal Stamp in the field of military and national defense are as follows:

a) Shape

The stamp is circular. The face of the stamp is formed by a circle with a line width of 0.2 mm. The surface of the stamp is engraved, with a step of 01 mm such that the step divides the stamp face into 02 equal parts.

b) Dimensions: The stamp has a diameter of 10 mm.

c) Content

At the positions of one-quarter and three-quarters of the stamp's diameter, the management code is raised, in a sans-serif uppercase font, uniform stroke width, and Arabic numerals (divided into 02 rows), with the upper half 2.5 mm high and the lower half 02 mm high. The stamp is made of metal, with a surface hardness not less than 50 Rockwell hardness units on the C scale (50 HRC).
