Ensuring Discipline and Order in Inspection Activities: Regulations and Provisions
Ensuring discipline and compliance in inspection activities is stipulated in Article 7, Circular 06/2021/TT-TTCP. Specifically:
- Inspection activities shall be carried out in accordance with the policies of the chief inspector. Members of the Inspection Team must comply with the decisions and directions of the Head of the Inspection Team; the Heads of the agencies or units presiding over the inspection must comply with the decisions and directions of the Person who issued the inspection decision.
- Members of the Inspection Team, the Head of the Inspection Team, and the Heads of the agencies or units presiding over the inspection have the right to retain their opinions on matters related to the results of performing the assigned tasks.
