Duties of Inspectors of the Communist Party
Pursuant to Clause b, Section II, Part A of the Standards, Titles, and Appointment of the Inspectorate promulgated attached to Decision 505/QD-UBKTTW of 2022, regulations on the duties of inspectors of the Communist Party (Code: 04.025A):
b. Duties
- Propose opinions on work plans and measures; directly carry out the assigned tasks; take individual responsibility before the leadership of the unit for their conclusions, recommendations, and proposals.
- Participate in drafting professional guidance documents, implementing resolutions, directives, and decisions of the Communist Party within the scope of assigned tasks.
- Monitor, inspect, supervise, compile, and report the situation and results of the task performance within the assigned scope; propose remedial measures.
- Perform professional activities, gather information, and compile, archive documents according to regulations; analyze and evaluate the results of the assigned tasks.
- Cooperate with agencies and units to perform specific tasks related to the assigned work.
- Have the ability to participate in research topics and projects at the grassroots level.
Standards of Education, Training, and Retraining of Inspectors of the Communist Party
According to Clause d, Section II, Part A of the Standards, Titles, and Appointment of the Inspectorate promulgated attached to Decision 505/QD-UBKTTW of 2022, regulations on the standards of education, training, and retraining of inspectors of the Communist Party (Code: 04.025A):
d. Standards of Education, Training, and Retraining
- Hold a university degree or higher.
- Possess certificates or certifications in professional training programs for inspection and supervision work; state management knowledge training certificates; computer skills, and foreign language proficiency as required for the professional grades.
Requirements for Work Experience in Terms of Education, Training, and Retraining of Inspectors of the Communist Party
According to Clause e, Section II, Part A of the Standards, Titles, and Appointment of the Inspectorate promulgated attached to Decision 505/QD-UBKTTW of 2022, regulations on the requirements for work experience in terms of education, training, and retraining of inspectors of the Communist Party (Code: 04.025A):
e. Work Experience Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in the inspection committee agency at the district level and equivalent (administrative, career block) for new recruits in the inspection committee agency (from the date of official rank appointment).
- Have at least 1 year of experience performing inspection work for officials and public employees when transferred or received by the agency.
