Duties and Responsibilities of Intermediate Clerical Officers as Official in the Clerical Specialty
Based on Clauses 1 and 2, Article 12 of Circular 2/2021/TT-BNV (Effective from August 1, 2021) regarding the responsibilities and duties of Intermediate Clerks as officials in the clerical specialty as follows:
- Responsibilities:
The official is responsible for undertaking one or multiple clerical tasks as required by the job position in the clerical department of administrative agencies or organizations from the district level upwards.
- Duties:
Directly performing clerical tasks of the agency and other duties as assigned by superiors.
