Dossier for Reappointment and Extension of Tenure in Leadership and Management Positions Until Retirement Age

The dossier for reappointment, extension of the time holding a leadership, management position until the retirement age stipulated in Article 54 of Decree 138/2020/ND-CP is as follows:

- The dossier for reappointment shall be carried out as prescribed for the dossier of appointment official to hold leadership, management positions as stipulated in Article 48 of this Decree.

- The dossier for extending the time holding a leadership, management position until the retirement age includes:

+ The proposal on the extension of the time holding a leadership, management position until the retirement age, signed by the head of the agency or organization (in cases submitted to the superior authority for decision) or signed by the head of the advisory agency on personnel organization (in cases where the head of the agency has the authority to decide);

+ The minutes of the meeting and the voting results of the collective leadership of the agency or organization suggesting the extension of the time holding a leadership, management position;

+ The curriculum vitae declared by the individual according to the prescribed form, confirmed by the directly managing agency, with a 4x6 color photo taken within the last 6 months attached;

+ A self-assessment report on the performance of responsibilities and duties during the term of holding the position;

+ The conclusion of the competent party committee on political standards;

+ Comments from the party cell at the place of residence for the individual and family. In case the place of residence of the individual is different from the place of residence of the family, comments must be obtained from the party cell at both the place of individual residence and the place of family residence;

+ Declaration of assets and income according to the prescribed form;

+ Health certificate issued by a competent medical authority within the last 6 months.
