Organizational structure and staffing
1. Leadership of the Ministry's Office:
The Ministry's Office has a Chief of Staff and Deputy Chiefs of Staff.
The Chief of Staff is responsible to the Minister of Information and Communications and to the law for organizing the implementation of the assigned functions, tasks, and powers.
Deputy Chiefs of Staff assist the Chief of Staff in directing and managing the fields of work of the Ministry's Office, and are responsible to the Chief of Staff and to the law for carrying out the tasks assigned.
2. Organizational structure and staffing:
a) Organizational structure:
- Secretariat - General Affairs Division;
- Records, Archives and Administrative Procedures Control Division;
- Administrative Division;
- Admin Division;
- Finance and Accounting Division;
- Representative Office of the Ministry's Office in Ho Chi Minh City;
- Representative Office of the Ministry's Office in Da Nang City.
The functions, tasks, and powers of the divisions, representatives of the office, and the working relationships between the units under the Ministry's Office are decided by the Chief of Staff.

What are regulations on performing the tasks of advising and implementing administrative procedures control of the Ministry's Office of Vietnam?
As prescribed in Clause 3 Article 2 of Decision 36/QĐ-BTTTT in 2023, the tasks of the Ministry's Office in advising and implementing administrative procedures control are as follows:
+ To lead and coordinate with units under the Ministry in drafting and submitting to the Minister for approval an annual program and plan for administrative procedures control in the field of information and communications, and to organize its implementation after approval.
+ To lead the implementation of administrative procedures reform and one-door, one-stop mechanisms for administrative procedures at the Ministry of Information and Communications, and communication work on administrative procedures reform.
+ To monitor, urge, guide, and inspect the implementation of the Minister's directives on administrative procedures control activities of the Ministry and at the local level.
+ To control the regulation and implementation of administrative procedures in the field of information and communications in accordance with regulations, and to organize the review and assessment of administrative procedures in the field of information and communications.
+ To carry out the publication and disclosure of the administrative procedures database and related documents on the National Administrative Procedures Database; to be responsible for the accuracy and legality of administrative procedures and related legal documents that have been published, entered into the database, and posted on the National Administrative Procedures Database.
+ To receive and handle feedback and suggestions from individuals and organizations on administrative regulations in accordance with the law; to propose to the competent authority to apply sanctions for non-compliance, non-compliance with requirements, or violations of administrative regulations in accordance with the law.
