Document with 11 Pages: How to Bind?
Seal overlap is the seal used to stamp the left or right margin of a document consisting of 2 or more pages so that all pages with information about the seal can ensure the authenticity of each page of the document and prevent changes in content, and incorrect documents.
Pursuant to the provisions at Point e, Clause 1, Article 33 of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP:
Seal overlap is stamped on the middle edge of the right side of the document or the document appendix, overlapping a part of the pages; each stamp seals a maximum of 5 pages of the document.
Thus, a document with 11 pages can have multiple seal overlaps, with each seal overlapping a maximum of 5 pages. You can stamp 3 seal overlaps, in the order of seal overlap for 5 pages, 4 pages, and 2 pages.
Respectfully!
