Pursuant to Point b, Clause 1, Article 7, Decree 78/2020/ND-CP stipulates the above content as follows:
1. Documents for selecting and training of reserve officers include:
a) A self-written curriculum vitae, certified by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune where he resides or the Head of the agency or organization where he works, studies or works (subjects are officers, civil servants, public employees, citizens with university degrees or higher, students graduating from university and reserve non-commissioned officers); military personnel records (subjects are professional soldiers and non-commissioned officers preparing to demobilize);
b) Minutes of background verification;
c) Health examination form (paper);
d) Copies of diplomas, certificates, diploma recognition issued by foreign educational institutions or copies from competent authorities.

2. Responsibility for preparing documents for selecting and training of reserve officers
a) The District Military Command prepares dossiers for officers, civil servants, public employees, citizens with university degrees or higher, and reserve non-commissioned officers; The commune-level military command and relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for providing documents;
b) Regimental level and equivalent or higher prepare documents for professional soldiers and non-commissioned officers preparing for demobilization;
c) Academies and universities prepare student profiles upon graduation from university.
3. Time to complete preparation of reserve officer training selection documents of agencies, units and organizations specified in Clause 2 of this Article and report to competent authorities specified in Clauses 1, 2 and 3 Article 6 of this Decree is 30 days, before the date of notification of admission to Military academies and schools.

Organization, time, and training program for reserve officers
1. Organize training for reserve officers
Military academies and schools are assigned to train and issue certificates of graduation for reserve officer training.
2. Time and branch of reserve officer training
a) Reserve non-commissioned officers, officers, civil servants, civil servants and citizens with university degrees or higher training as reserve officers in infantry, politics and medicine and pharmacy is 03 months;
b) Professional soldiers and non-commissioned officers preparing for demobilization to train infantry reserve officers; Students graduating from university training as infantry reserve officers and in medicine and pharmacy are 4 months;
c) Professional soldiers and non-commissioned officers preparing for demobilization and training for reserve officers of the army and army is 05 months.
3. The Minister of National Defense regulates the training program and content for each subject specified in Clause 2 of this Article.
