Deleted a Tattoo on the Forearm: Is It Possible to Join the Police Service?
According to Article 6 of Circular 45/2019/TT-BCA, citizens performing the duty to join the People's Police force must meet the following special criteria:
Not addicted to narcotics or narcotic precursors.
Normal hair color and texture.
No pigmentation disorders.
No tattoos on the skin, including microblading.
No ear piercings (for males), nose piercings, or piercings in other body locations for the purpose of wearing jewelry.
Not suffering from chronic diseases or social diseases.
No keloid scars on head, face, neck, forearms, hands, and feet.
According to the aforementioned regulations, someone with keloid scars on the forearm is not eligible to participate in police duty. In your case, having removed a tattoo on the forearm resulting in a keloid scar renders you ineligible to join the police duty.
