Customs Epaulets Used for Spring-Summer, Fall-Winter Uniforms, and Ceremonial Uniforms
According to Clause 1, Article 10 of Decree 02/2021/ND-CP governing customs epaulets used for spring-summer, fall-winter uniforms, and ceremonial uniforms, specifically:
- Epaulet base: Made of fabric, woven with embossed patterns, rectangular in shape, with one end tapered and balanced, measuring 48 mm in width, 120 mm in length, with an 18 mm tapered end, dark blue base color.
For the General Department leaders, an orange-yellow base color is used, bordered with red edges around the epaulet base.
- Epaulet button: Featuring an embossed five-pointed star in the middle of two wheat stalks, attached at the tapered end of the epaulet base.
Government officials, public employees holding leadership positions: Use gold-colored buttons.
Government officials, public employees not holding leadership positions: Use silver-colored buttons.
- Simplified customs emblem: Featuring an intertwined key, anchor, and swallow.
Government officials, public employees holding leadership positions: Use gold-colored emblems.
Government officials, public employees not holding leadership positions: Use silver-colored emblems.
- Epaulet stars: Gold in color, embossed. Stars are aligned in a straight vertical line in the middle of the epaulet, between the emblem and the epaulet button.
Government officials, public employees holding head leadership positions: 02 stars.
Government officials, public employees holding deputy leadership positions: 01 star.
Government officials, public employees not holding leadership positions do not have stars on the epaulet.
- Epaulet stripes: Attached at the square end of the epaulet base.
General Department of Customs leaders: 03 horizontal gold stripes.
Government officials holding leadership positions at the Department, Bureau, and equivalent levels: 03 horizontal gold stripes.
Government officials holding leadership positions at the Sub-department, Customs Control Team, and equivalent levels: 02 horizontal gold stripes.
Government officials holding leadership positions at the Team, Unit under the Sub-department; Team under the Customs Control Team, and equivalent levels: 01 horizontal gold stripe.
Government officials, public employees not holding leadership positions use silver stripes including: Senior Customs Inspector and equivalent 03 horizontal stripes; Principal Customs Inspector and equivalent 02 horizontal stripes; Customs Inspector and equivalent 01 horizontal stripe; Intermediate Customs Inspector and equivalent 02 horizontal "V" shaped stripes; Customs Officer and equivalent 01 horizontal "V" shaped stripe.
Government officials, public employees under probation: Do not have stripes on the epaulet.
Customs Epaulets Used for Anti-smuggling Uniforms
According to Clause 2, Article 10 of Decree 02/2021/ND-CP governing customs epaulets used for anti-smuggling uniforms as follows:
- Epaulet base: Dark blue in color, made of fabric, rectangular in shape, measuring 48 mm in width and 100 mm in length.
- Epaulet stars: Embroidered embossed stars. Stars are aligned in a straight vertical line in the middle of the epaulet.
- Epaulet stripes: Embroidered embossed stripes, attached at the end of the epaulet base.
- Simplified customs emblem: Featuring an intertwined key, anchor, and swallow, embroidered embossed.
- Specific regulations on the emblem, stars, and stripes as per the epaulet for the spring-summer, fall-winter uniforms, and ceremonial uniforms in Clause 1 of this Article.
