Criteria for Ethics and Lifestyle to Evaluate and Classify Public Employees
According to Clause 2, Article 3 of Decree 90/2020/ND-CP stipulating general criteria for evaluating and rating the quality of officials and public employees, specifically:

- Not engaging in embezzlement, corruption, negativity, wastefulness, bureaucracy, opportunism, profiteering, high-handedness, or authoritarianism; not showing signs of moral, lifestyle degradation, self-evolution, or self-transformation;
- Leading an honest, humble, sincere, transparent, and simple lifestyle;
- Having a spirit of solidarity, contributing to building a clean and strong agency, organization, and unit;
- Not allowing family members or acquaintances to exploit one's position and authority for personal gain.
