Criteria for establishing a department:
- A department is established when it meets all of the following criteria:
Has the function and duty of advising on state management concerning the sector or field under the ministry’s functions and tasks;
Has a management scope and subjects according to the sector or field;
The workload requires the arrangement of 15 officials or more.
- A department that performs the function and duty of advising on internal administration is established when the workload requires the arrangement of 15 officials or more.
