Content of the Proposal for Dissolution of Public Service Provider
Based on Clause 2, Article 17 of Decree 120/2020/ND-CP (Effective from December 1, 2020), the content of the proposal for the dissolution of a public service provider is to be executed similarly to the proposal for the establishment of a public service provider as outlined in Article 9 of this Decree.
The content of the proposal for the establishment of a public service provider is specified in Clause 2, Article 9 of this Decree. To be specific:
- The necessity and legal basis;
- The process of developing the project;
- The main content of the project;
- Issues with differing opinions and related issues.
Thus, the proposal for the dissolution of a public service provider must also include the above-mentioned contents.
