Content and Form of Official Recruitment Examination as Prescribed
Article 10, Decree 138/2020/ND-CP
Regulations on conditions for determining successful official recruitment are as follows:
Official Recruitment Examination is conducted in 2 rounds as follows:
- Round 1
Check the eligibility of the applicant based on the Registration Form according to the position's requirements. If the applicant meets all the requirements, they are allowed to proceed to Round 2.
- Round 2
+ Interview to assess the applicant's knowledge and skills in performing the required duties of the position;
+ Interview duration: 30 minutes (the candidate has up to 15 minutes to prepare before the interview);
+ Scoring scale: 100 points.
