Consolidation of Scores and Compilation of Examination Results in the Recruitment of Officials and Public Employees
Based on Article 32 of the Regulations on organizing the recruitment examinations for officials and public employees, the examinations for official rank promotion, and the examinations or evaluations for professional title upgrades for public employees issued together with Circular 6/2020/TT-BNV, the regulation on matching exam numbers and compiling exam results in the recruitment of officials and public employees is as follows:
After organizing the grading of exams, the matching of exam numbers shall be conducted.
The organization of matching exam numbers is carried out by the Exam Number Board. In cases where the exam is re-evaluated without reassigning exam numbers, the Secretary of the Council is responsible for marking the post-review exams.
The Member cum Secretary of the Council compiles the exam results after the matching of exam numbers, marks, and reports to the Chairman of the Council.
