6. Encourage the use of social networks to propagate and promote the country - people, good culture of Vietnam, share positive information, examples of good people and good deeds.

7. Mobilize family members, friends, and people around you to participate in educating and protecting children and adolescents in using social networks in a safe and healthy way.

8. Implement laws, rules and regulations of agencies and units on providing information on social networks.
