Conduct, Attitude, and Work Style of People's Police Officers When Performing Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Missions
According to Article 7 of Circular 18/2020/TT-BCA (effective from April 6, 2020) stipulating the demeanor, attitude, and working manner of People's Public Security officers when performing firefighting and rescue, relief duties as follows:
- Officers of the People's Public Security, Fire Prevention and Fighting Police, when working at the office or on duty, interacting with agencies, organizations, and individuals must strictly comply with the Law and code of conduct of People's Public Security officers; when going on duty, interacting with agencies, organizations, and individuals must have an official letter or introduction letter from the unit.
- When interacting or working with agencies, organizations, and individuals, People's Public Security officers, Fire Prevention and Fighting Police must follow the approved plan and content authorized by the unit's leadership and must comply with the work procedures; be responsible, incorruptible, honest, objective, modest, and listen to the opinions and recommendations of agencies, organizations, and individuals. Upon the conclusion of the work, a written report of the results must be submitted to the competent authority.
