Conditions for Awarding the Third-class Labor Order to Enterprises

According to Clause 4, Article 24 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP stipulates:

"The Third-Class Labor Medal is awarded to collectives that excellently complete their tasks, exemplary in adhering to the policies of the Communist Party, the policies and laws of the State, maintain internal solidarity, and meet one of the following criteria:

- Achieved outstanding accomplishments, having the influence and setting an example in the field under the ministry, committee, sector, province, central mass organization which is recognized by the ministry, committee, sector, province, central mass organization;

- Have a process of construction and development of 10 years or more, during that time have been awarded the 'Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam' and continuously completed tasks excellently for a subsequent 05 years or more, in which they were awarded the Emulation Flag of the level of ministry, committee, sector, province, central mass organization twice, or received the Emulation Flag of the level of ministry, committee, sector, province, central mass organization once and the Certificate of Merit of the level of ministry, committee, sector, province, central mass organization once. For collectives that are not eligible for the emulation flag, they must have received the Certificate of Merit of the level of ministry, committee, sector, province, central mass organization twice during that time.

Thus, for your enterprise to be awarded the Third-Class Labor Medal, it must meet the above conditions.
