Components of the Personnel Management File for Officials and Public Employees of the Ministry of Justice
According to Article 11 of the Regulation on the management of personnel files for officials, public employees, and workers issued with Decision No. 1818/QD-BTP in 2020, the components of the personnel management file for officials and public employees of the Ministry of Justice are as follows:
The components of the paper file for an official are implemented according to the provisions of clauses 1 and 2, Article 9 of Circular No. 11/2012/TT-BNV dated December 17, 2012, of the Minister of Home Affairs, which provides for reporting policies and statistical management of the personnel files of officials (hereafter referred to as Circular No. 11/2012/TT-BNV).
The components of the paper file for a public employee are implemented according to the provisions of clauses 1 and 2, Article 10 of Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BNV dated June 1, 2019, of the Minister of Home Affairs, which provides for reporting policies and statistical management of the personnel files of public employees (hereafter referred to as Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BNV).
For the files of workers employed under fixed-term or indefinite contracts, the components of the paper file are implemented according to the provisions of clause 1 or clause 2 of this Article, depending on the organization of the employing unit (administrative unit or public service provider), and the "Officials and Public Employees Record Book" is not required.
Forms for Managing the Personnel Files of Officials and Public Employees of the Ministry of Justice
According to Article 12 of this Regulation, the forms for managing the personnel files of officials and public employees of the Ministry of Justice are as follows:
The forms for managing the personnel files of officials are implemented according to Decision No. 06/2007/QD-BNV dated June 18, 2007, of the Minister of Home Affairs, promulgating the components of the personnel files of officials and the forms for managing the personnel files of officials, and Decision No. 02/2008/QD-BNV dated October 6, 2008, of the Minister of Home Affairs, promulgating the forms for managing the personnel files of officials and public employees.
The forms for managing the personnel files of public employees are implemented according to the provisions of Article 11 of Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BNV.
