Based on Article 16 of Circular 57/2020/TT-BQP (effective from July 1, 2020) stipulating commendation certificates from the Head of the Provincial Military Command; Head of the District Military Command for the Militia and Self-Defense Force:
Commendation certificates from the Head of the Provincial Military Command; Head of the District Military Command are awarded to individuals and collectives within the Militia and Self-Defense Force that achieve extraordinary accomplishments or excel in campaigns and emulations initiated by the Government of Vietnam or the Ministry of National Defense or relevant units.
Commendation certificates from the Head of the Provincial Military Command; Head of the District Military Command are awarded to individuals and collectives not part of the Militia and Self-Defense Force organization but have made achievements in Militia and Self-Defense work.
