Collectives awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam receive how much money?
Based on Point a Clause 1 and Point a Clause 2, Article 73 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP stipulates:
A collective awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam shall receive a monetary reward equivalent to 7.0 times the statutory pay rate.
Currently, the statutory pay rate is applied according to Decree 38/2019/ND-CP, which is 1,490,000 VND.
Thus, a collective awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam will be rewarded 7.0 x 1,490,000 = 10,430,000 VND.
According to Clause 2, Article 67 of this Decree, it also stipulates:
Collectives and individuals belonging to ministries, committees, central agencies, provinces, and centrally-affiliated cities awarded by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam or the President shall have the responsibility to disburse rewards from their respective state budgets and account for expenses as a separate item.
Thus, a collective awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, the ministry, committee, central agency, province, or central mass organization to which the collective belongs shall have the responsibility to disburse the reward from their respective state budget and account for the expenses as a separate item.
Sincerely!
