According to Article 2 of Circular 10/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (taking effect on December 15, 2022), the codes of professional titles of public employees specialized in performing arts and cinema are as follows:
1. Group of art director titles, including:
a) Art director class I - Code: V.10.03.08
b) Art director class II - Code: V.10.03.09
c) Art director class III - Code: V.10.03.10
d) Art director class IV - Code: V.10.03.11
2. Group of actor titles, including:
a) Actor Class I - Code: V.10.04.12
b) Actor Class II - Code: V.10.04.13
c) Actor Class III - Code: V.10.04.14
d) Actor Class IV - Code: V.10.04.15

According to Article 3 of Circular 10/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (taking effect on December 15, 2022), professional ethics of officials specializing in performing arts and cinema have the following standards:
1. Have a sense of responsibility for assigned work, comply with the provisions of the law, and properly and fully perform the obligations of public employees in professional activities.
2. Contribute to the development of performing arts and cinema; consciously preserve and promote the traditional arts of the Vietnamese ethnic community.
3. Enthusiastic about the profession; honest, objective, and straightforward; have a humble and proper attitude when interacting with the public; consciously fight against wrong and negative behaviors; practice thrift and prevent waste.
4. Have a spirit of solidarity, positivity, and proactive coordination with colleagues to perform assigned tasks.
5. Continuously study and practice to improve quality, qualifications, and capacity.
According to Clause 1, Article 4 Circular 10/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (taking effect on December 15, 2022), the duties of Art Director Grade I are as follows:
a) Preside over the development of scripts, staging, and conducting of theatrical and cinematographic works and programs of high ideological and artistic value on a large scale;
b) Discover new artistic trends; determine the artistic trends of the major; Determine and direct the unity of the unit's artistic style;
c) Preside over the organization of evaluation, analysis, script processing, directing the construction of storyboards, stage staging, choreography, and music staging; select actors and collaborators; Direct actors' performances, guide collaborators, and coordinate with relevant people to unify creative ideas and ensure the process of completing works and programs;
d) Organize the planning and devise measures for staging and production; organize the collection of necessary materials and documents to serve the staging of works and programs; organize approval, advanced repair, and handover of works and programs;
dd) Monitor the social effectiveness of works and programs after being released to the public to continue to improve and perfect the works and programs; summarize the experience of works and programs staged at the unit; Participate in summarizing specialized professional experience.
According to Clause 2, Article 4 Circular 10/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (taking effect on December 15, 2022), standards for training and fostering qualifications for Art Director Grade I are as follows:
a) Have a university diploma or higher suitable for majoring in performing arts and cinema according to job position requirements. If they have a university diploma or higher in another major, they shall be awarded the titles "People's Artist", "Elite Artist" or "Ho Chi Minh Award", "State Award" in literature and art;
b) Have a certificate of training in standards for professional titles of art director.
