Based on Article 2 of Circular 02/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (effective from August 15, 2022), the codes and classification of professional titles for public employees in the library sector are as follows:
Senior Librarian, Class I Code: V.10.02.30
Librarian, Class II Code: V.10.02.05
Librarian, Class III Code: V.10.02.06
Librarian, Class IV Code: V.10.02.07
General Ethical Standards for Public Employees in the Library Sector
Based on Article 3 of Circular 02/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (effective from August 15, 2022), the general ethical standards for public employees in the library sector are as follows:
Have a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned, comply with legal regulations; properly and fully perform the obligations of public employees in professional activities.
Be dedicated to the profession, honest, objective, and straightforward; work scientifically, with clear opinions; show modesty and propriety when interacting with the public; be conscious of combating wrongful and negative behaviors; practice thriftiness and oppose wastefulness.
Respect the right of all classes of people to access and use the library according to legal regulations. Be conscious of improving and enhancing the quality of library products and services.
Have a spirit of solidarity, actively and proactively cooperate with colleagues to fulfill assigned tasks.
Continuously study and train to improve personal qualities, knowledge, and abilities.
