Are officials allowed to wear dep to ong (plastic slippers) when working at the citizen reception department?
According to Article 4 of Circular 01/2021/TT-TTCP regarding attire and work conduct, the regulations are as follows:
When working at the office and during the execution of official duties, one must dress neatly and formally, wearing shoes or sandals with back straps; use the official uniform, wear ID cards, name tags, epaulettes, and insignia conformably; maintain a serious and polite demeanor and conduct.
Strictly adhere to working hours and meeting times; do not engage in personal matters or leave the office, unit, or position without a valid reason; keep the workplace tidy and clean.
Do not smoke within the office premises; set an example by adhering to the laws on preventing the harmful effects of tobacco.
Do not consume alcohol or beer in the office; do not drink alcohol or beer before and during working hours, including the lunch break on working days; comply strictly with the laws on preventing the harmful effects of alcohol and beer.
Based on the current regulations, officials working at the citizen reception department must wear shoes or sandals with back straps. Therefore, in principle, you are not permitted to wear dep to ong (plastic slippers) when working at the citizen reception department.
What rules should officials follow when communicating via telephone at the citizen reception department?
According to Article 5 of Circular 01/2021/TT-TTCP regarding communication via telephone, email, and social networks, the regulations are as follows:
When communicating via telephone and other online communication methods, officials and public employees must state their name, title, position, agency, and work unit; communicate concisely and specifically with an audible volume and polite demeanor.
Use the official email account conformably; ensure information safety and security; do not use social networks during working hours; do not use email or social networks to spread or post untruthful information that may affect the reputation and image of the agency or unit.
When communicating via telephone, officials working at the citizen reception department must abide by the issues stated in the above regulations.
