Circumstances for Exemption from Computer Proficiency Test in Public Employee Examinations
According to Point d, Clause 1, Article 9 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP stipulating the form, content, and time of the public employee recruitment exam as follows:
Round 1: General knowledge test:
Exemption from the computer skills test for cases holding a diploma from intermediate level or higher in majors related to computer science, information technology.
Therefore, if you hold a university degree in information technology, you are exempt from the computer skills test in Round 1 according to the current regulations.
