Certification of Signatures in Personal Background Declarations: What Are the Regulations?

In Article 15 of Circular 01/2020/TT-BTP, regulations on the certification of signatures in personal background declarations are stipulated as follows:

- The regulations on signature certification in Section 3 of Decree No. 23/2015/ND-CP are applied to certify signatures on personal background declarations. The person carrying out the certification shall not make any comments on the personal background declaration, but only record the certification statement according to the form specified in Decree No. 23/2015/ND-CP. In cases where specialized laws have different provisions regarding comments on personal background declarations, the specialized laws shall be followed.

- The requester for certification is responsible for the entire content of their personal background declaration. For sections that do not contain content in the personal background declaration, they must be crossed out before requesting certification.
