Can Pursuing Vocational Intermediate Education Postpone Military Service?

According to Clause 1, Article 41 of the Military Service Law 2015, there are provisions regarding cases of temporary postponement of military service:

...

- Officials and public employees, youth volunteers assigned to work in areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions according to the provisions of law;

- Currently studying at primary education institutions; pursuing full-time undergraduate education at higher education institutions, full-time vocational college education during the period of one training course of one education level.

=> Thus, according to the aforementioned regulation, the subject being students is only eligible for a temporary postponement if they are studying at a primary education institution, or pursuing full-time higher education at colleges or universities. Intermediate vocational training levels are not eligible for postponement of military service.
