Can Officers Handling Citizen Reception Use Personal Email to Exchange Work Information?
Section 2, Article 5 of Circular 01/2021/TT-TTCP stipulates the regulations on communication via email for officials working in citizen reception as follows:
Use official email addresses conformably; ensure information safety and security; do not use social media during working hours; do not use email or social media to disseminate, post false information, affecting the reputation and image of the agency or unit.
=> Based on the above provisions, it can be understood that officials working in citizen reception are not allowed to use personal email addresses for work-related information exchange and must use official email addresses conformably.
