Can members of the Communist Party who have excellently completed their tasks for 2 consecutive years receive rewards?
According to Section III of Guidance 56-HD/VPTW in 2015, the reward levels for Communist Party members receiving commendations are stipulated as follows:
For regular commendation forms
1.1 - For Party members deemed "Fully qualified to complete outstanding tasks" within the year and awarded a certificate of commendation by grassroots Party organizations (including the grassroots Party committee and grassroots Party cell), the monetary reward is equivalent to 0.3 times the statutory pay rate.
1.2 - For Party members deemed "Fully qualified to complete outstanding tasks" for five consecutive years and awarded a certificate of commendation by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and its equivalent, the monetary reward is equivalent to 1.0 times the statutory pay rate.
1.3 - For Party members deemed "Fully qualified to complete outstanding tasks" for five consecutive years and awarded a certificate of merit by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and its equivalent, the monetary reward is equivalent to 1.5 times the statutory pay rate.
Thus, based on the above regulations, if a Party member meets the criteria of "Fully qualified to complete outstanding tasks," then they are eligible for yearly or consecutive five-year commendations.
However, if one completes outstanding tasks for only two years, it does not satisfy the condition for the "Fully qualified to complete outstanding tasks" commendation for five consecutive years. Therefore, this case may be considered for the annual commendation.
Respectfully!
