Can keloid scars on the knee affect conscription into the police force?
According to Article 6 of Circular 45/2019/TT-BCA, citizens performing the obligation to join the People's Police must meet the following special criteria:
- Not addicted to drugs or drug precursors.
- Normal hair color and form.
- No skin pigment disorders.
- No tattoos on the skin, including tattoo spray.
- No ear piercings (for men), nose piercings, or piercings in other parts of the body for wearing jewelry.
- Not suffering from chronic diseases or social diseases.
- No keloid scars on the head, face, neck, forearms, hands, and feet.
Therefore, if you have a keloid scar on your knee, you can still fulfill the police obligation if you meet the other conditions. Additionally, you need to undergo a health examination to get the most accurate conclusion from the Health Examination Council.
Sincerely!
