Can individuals who have not graduated elementary school be admitted to the Union?
According to Clause 1, Section I of Guide 22 HD/TWDTN of 2013, the age and educational qualifications for joining the Union are specified as follows:
- At the time of consideration for admission, the individual to be admitted to the Union must be between 16 years old (at least 15 years old plus 1 day) and no more than 30 years old.
- The individual to be admitted to the Union must have at least a primary education level. For youths who are ethnic minorities, residing in highland areas, remote areas, or socially and economically disadvantaged areas, flexibility is applied.
According to the above regulation, the minimum educational level for Union admission is primary education. However, for youths who are ethnic minorities, residing in highland areas, remote areas, or socially and economically disadvantaged areas, this condition is applied flexibly.
Therefore, if the youth you mentioned is an ethnic minority, residing in a highland area, remote area, or socially and economically disadvantaged area, there is still an opportunity to join the Union. For detailed guidance, you can contact the higher-level Union for support.
Sincerely!
