Hello, I have a problem that needs to be answered. I am currently a grade II primary school teacher. I want to be considered for primary school teacher grade I but only have a bachelor's degree, can I still be considered?

In Clause 3 Article 5 of Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT stipulates standards for training and fostering qualifications of Primary school teacher grade I - Code: V.07.03.27 as follows:
a) Have a master's degree or higher in the teacher training field for primary school teachers or have a master's degree or higher major in accordance with the subject taught or have a master's degree in educational management or higher;
b) Have a training certificate according to the professional title standards of grade I primary school teacher.
Thus, according to the above regulations in Vietnam, having a master's degree or higher in the field of teacher training is one of the training qualifications of grade I primary school teachers.
If you only have a bachelor's degree, you are still not qualified to become a Grade I primary school teacher.

a) Have a master's degree or higher in the teacher training field for middle school teachers or have a master's degree or higher in a major appropriate to the subject taught or have a master's degree in educational management or higher;
b) Have a training certificate according to the professional title standards of junior high school teacher grade I.
Therefore, according to the above regulations in Vietnam, having a master's degree or higher in the teacher training field is one of two standards for training qualifications of grade I junior high school teachers.
If you want to become a grade I junior high school teacher, in addition to having a master's degree in the teacher training field, you need to have a training certificate according to the professional title standards of grade I junior high school teacher in Vietnam.
