Can erroneous electronic documents be amended or supplemented?
According to Clause 1, Article 5 of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP on clerical work, it is stipulated:
- In cases where it is necessary to amend or supplement the draft document, the authorized person shall give comments on the draft document or on the System, return the draft document to the head of the unit responsible for drafting the document so that it can be forwarded to the individual assigned the task of drafting the document.
- The individual assigned the task of drafting the document is responsible before the head of the unit and before the law for the draft document within the scope of the assigned duties and responsibilities.
=> Thus, according to the above regulation, an issued electronic document can still be amended and supplemented if there are errors.
