Can an Grade IV Physician with a Bachelor's Degree Receive a Pay Raise?
According to Joint Circular 10/2015/TTLT-BYT-BNV, Code V.08.03.07 is specified as Medical Officer Grade VI, and according to Article 13 of Joint Circular 10/2015/TTLT-BYT-BNV, the salary classification for public employees as Medical Officer Grade VI is specifically stated as follows:
The professional title of Medical Officer is applied to the salary coefficient of public employees of type B, from a salary coefficient of 1.86 to a salary coefficient of 4.06.
According to regulations on salary raises in the following cases: When you transfer to a new public employee grade, there will be a new salary classification, or you may be considered for regular salary increase or advance salary increase. Having a bachelor's degree in public health is not a basis for a salary increase.
Based on Clause 2, Article 10 of Joint Circular 10/2015/TTLT-BYT-BNV, the standard for training and retraining qualifications is graduation as a medical officer with intermediate level;
Moreover, at Point a, Clause 1, Article 2 of Circular 08/2013/TT-BNV, it is stipulated: For grades and titles requiring educational levels from intermediate or below, and for employees performing supporting roles: If not yet classified at the final salary grade in the title or grade, then after 2 years (24 months) holding the salary grade in the title or grade, one salary grade raise shall be considered.
Thus, for the title of Medical Officer Grade VI, after 2 years (24 months) holding the salary grade in the title or grade, one salary grade raise shall be considered. If you meet all the conditions for an early salary increase, you will be eligible for the early salary increase as per the regulations.
Respectfully!
