Born in 1995: Still Subject to Conscription?
Article 30 of the 2015 Military Service Law stipulates:
Citizens who are 18 years old can be called up for military service; the age range for conscription is from 18 to 25 years old; citizens who have undergone college or university training and have had their conscription deferred can be called up until they are 27 years old.
Therefore, according to this regulation, if you were born on August 8, 1995, you would be 25 years old by August 8, 2020. However, note that for individuals with college or university degrees who have had their conscription deferred, the conscription age extends up to 27 years old.
Hence, if you possess a college or university degree and have previously had your conscription deferred, you will no longer be subject to conscription once you reach 27 years old.
Respectfully!
