Award Title "Advanced Laborer" Will Be Rewarded 450,000 VND
Point b Clause 1 Article 69 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP stipulates:
The titles “Advanced Worker” and “Advanced Soldier” are rewarded 0.3 times the statutory pay rate.
Currently, the statutory pay rate according to Decree 38/2019/ND-CP is 1,490,000 VND.
An individual achieving the title “Advanced Worker” will be rewarded 0.3 x 1,490,000 = 447,000 VND.
Additionally, Clause 2 Article 68 of Decree 91 also stipulates: The reward amount after multiplying with the statutory pay rate coefficient is rounded up to the nearest ten thousand VND.
Thus, the reward amount for the title “Advanced Worker” after rounding will be 450,000 VND.
