Authority for Disciplinary Violations Handling of the Political Commissar of the Coast Guard Command as Regulated

According to Clause 8, Article 45 of Circular 16/2020/TT-BQP, Commanders and Political Commissars of the following units: Vietnam Coast Guard Command; Command 86; Hanoi Capital Command, specialized branches and equivalent positions have the authority to:

- Reprimand up to division commanders, division political commissars; commanders, political commissars of the Vietnam Coast Guard Region and equivalent positions;

- Warn up to regiment commanders, brigade commanders, regiment political commissars, brigade political commissars and equivalent positions; officers up to the rank of colonel, excluding positions specified in Point a of this Clause;

- Reduce salary rank, demote military officer rank up to major, professional soldiers up to lieutenant colonel, officials and defense public employees with a salary coefficient below 6.20;

- Demote, dismiss up to deputy regiment commanders, deputy brigade commanders, deputy regiment political commissars, deputy brigade political commissars and equivalent positions.
