Authentication of Copies from Originals: Is It Required to Submit All Pages?

Circular 01/2020/TT-BTP regulates the certification of true copies from originals as follows:

The copies from the originals submitted for certification must include all pages containing information from the original document.

For example: certification of copies from the original household registration book must include photocopies of the cover page and all pages of the book that contain information about the members listed in the book; certification of passports must include photocopies of the cover page and all pages of the passport that contain information.

Therefore, in cases where the original document has multiple pages, the certification of copies from the original must include photocopies of the cover page and all pages containing information.
