Assessment, Classification, and Ranking of Administrative Procedure Resolution Results on the National Public Service Portal Based on What Criteria?
Based on Clause 1, Article 32 of the Regulation on management, operation, and exploitation of the National Public Service Portal issued together with Decision 31/2021/QD-TTg (Effective from December 09, 2021), it is stipulated that:
The evaluation, classification, and ranking of the results in handling administrative procedures and providing public services by ministries, central authorities, and local authorities as stipulated in Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP dated April 23, 2018, of the Government of Vietnam on the implementation of the one-stop-shop and interagency one-stop-shop mechanism in the resolution of administrative procedures are performed automatically based on the following:
The results of connection and integration between the Public Service Portal, the Ministry-level and Provincial-level electronic one-stop-shop information systems with the National Public Service Portal;
Data on administrative procedures; online public services; online payments; receipt and processing of online dossiers; synchronization results of dossier statuses; receipt and handling of feedback and recommendations; assessment of the satisfaction of organizations and individuals regarding the resolution of dossiers on the National Public Service Portal;
Other requirements as directed by the Government of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.
