Are Bullets Considered Military Weapons?
Pursuant to Point a, Clause 1, Article 1 of the amended 2019 Law on Management, Use of Weapons, Explosives, and Supporting Tools, it is stipulated:
Military weapons include: Weapons that are manufactured, produced ensuring the technical standards and design of the legal manufacturer, equipped for the People's Armed Forces and other forces as prescribed by this Law to perform official duties, including:
- ...Handguns: pistols, rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, anti-tank guns, grenade launchers;
- ...
- Bombs, mines, grenades, torpedoes, naval mines; ammunition used for weapon types specified at this point.
Thus, although classified as ammunition, it is still considered a military weapon because it is used for the aforementioned type of rifles.
Respectfully!
