Appointment to the Professional Title of Public Employee in the Information Technology Sector

Appointed to the professional title of public employee specialized in information technology as stipulated in Article 4 of Circular 29/2020/TT-BTTTT. To be specific:

Public employees working in information technology in public service providers are considered for appointment to the professional title of public employee specialized in information technology in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 45/2017/TT-BTTTT and Circular No. 02/2018/TT-BNV.

Public employees currently working in information technology in public service providers who have been appointed to other ranks and professional titles are now considered for appointment to equivalent professional titles of public employees specialized in information technology as stipulated in Circular No. 45/2017/TT-BTTTT and Circular No. 02/2018/TT-BNV.

Example 1: Mr. Nguyen Van A, currently performing the duties of an information technology system administrator in a public service provider, has been appointed and ranked as an engineer (level III), code V.05.02.07, is now considered for appointment to the professional title of system administrator (level III), code V11.06.14.

Example 2: Ms. Nguyen Thi B, currently performing the duties of information safety in a public service provider, has been appointed and ranked as a specialist, code 01.003, is now considered for appointment to the professional title of information safety (level III), code V11.05.11.
